About Us
Margaret J Stawicka Managing DirectorOur Managing Director is a very experienced individual who has worked in our industry since moving to the UK in 2006 from her native Poland. She is a teacher of language and has a Higher Level 5 Apprenticeship in Management & Leadership and has recruited and managed Cleaning Contracts in all sectors from Education, Manufacturing, Commercial, Health NHS, and Leisure & Retail. Margaret is a very “hands on” leader who keenly supports her supervisors, and cleaning teams to ensure they are well trained and informed, their safety and welfare is secured, and they communicate at all levels to achieve the desired results.
Recruitment
We are very experienced in recruiting, training and developing our people. Our colleagues enjoy a truly open style management approach where we encourage communication and development whilst offering a significant remuneration above minimum pay scales to reward and keep good people.

Training
All recruits are tested for basic understanding of English when filling in their application, however where English is not the applicants first language we would encourage and support additional learning in English. Our training inductions & support training documents are in both English and Polish as standard with other languages provided as required. All Health & Safety Risk Assessments and Method Statements including COSHH are provided in English and Polish or other language as required. We recruit our team leaders and management to ensure language is never a barrier to understanding and safety.
Our new starters work with their supervisor who demonstrates the cleaning methodology and helps them gain the confidence to carry out the work safely and to the practiced high standard.
Where new working methods or equipment & materials are introduced, they will be trained before use through the team meetings we carry out on a regular basis on site. RAMS will be updated, and any changes are risk assessed accordingly.
